SHIPPING 

• For all orders within India, we offer free shipping.  
• Although we try to ship within 48 hours of order confirmation, there might be some unavoidable delays in certain cases. 
• The process involves a lot of different people- website team, designers, delivery teams and border controls, so please understand if there are slight delays in your order.   
• In case you have a special request or are sending our products as 'gifts', please mention in the order form or write to us 
• In case we fail to deliver products due to product or size unavailability, poor product quality, inventory, we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund. 
• In case of any disputes/queries post purchase, you can write to us  for a resolution. We can assure you a call back for a solution within next 48 working hours.
