CANCELLATION & RETURN
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it and receive a full refund (Only a pickup fee of ₹100 will be charged.)
Returns & Exchanges
- At Aumaya Apparel we offer a 3-day ‘No Questions Asked’ Return Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. If you wish to return your order, we will provide store credits, which you can use to purchase or exchange suits from our store.
How to Return a Product
You can return your order using one of the following methods:
- Pick-Up Service: A pickup fee of ₹100 will be charged for returns.
Quality Check & Refund Process
- During pick-up, our delivery agent may perform a quality check.
- If the return passes the quality check, a refund will be processed immediately based on the selected refund method.
- In some locations, doorstep refunds may not be available, in which case the refund will be processed after the product is received at our warehouse and passes the final quality check.
- If the product fails the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Exchanges
- If you receive an incorrect size or a defective item, we will provide a free replacement. (along with the opening video of the product)
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the serviceability of your address.
Stitched Items
- Stitched suits cannot be exchanged or returned.
